It all started in a garden shed, fixing neighbours’ old PCs and building trust one job at a time. From our first little shop in Toton to helping folks right across Beeston, Chilwell, Long Eaton, and the wider Nottingham and Derby villages, we’ve stayed local and hands-on through every tech boom and lockdown. I would like to say a very big thank you to Andy the IT technician for sorting out my computer problems. Thank you.

The service is second to none from the moment that Andy collected my computer and ran a diagnostic check to analyse the problems. He then gave me the choice of options available and then delivered the computer back to my home address on completion. He then set it up to ensure that it was running satisfactory.

He returned to my home later to give my system a final check and adjustments to ensure that I was fully satisfied. I must say that it was like watching a magician with his magical touch doing what he does best. Making sure that the computer was running properly and that I the customer was fully satisfied.

Not only is he an IT wizard but he is a gentleman who has a very friendly personality and respects the customers wishes.
