One of the most frustrating aspects of my job is finding that a client has bought a device and software which is just wrong for their requirements. Things like cloud services, costly ongoing support, and a device which even their grandchild may struggle to understand.

We will be going live with an online shop very soon, listing products in a very clear manner with no hidden extras.

Our service will help you through the entire process from getting the right device, setting it up exactly as you need it with your programs, emails and your data. Finally we will run though with you at your home or business answering any final questions you may have on how to get the most from your new computer.

All our computers come with a three year warranty for general fair use. We think it is wrong that companies only offer a 1 year return to base warranty. We would expect any PC or laptop that we sell to last at least three years without a major problem.
